All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total. The only exception is if I cancel or reschedule your appointment — in that case, your deposit will be refunded or transferred. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your service. No-call, no-shows will also be charged 50% and may be blocked from future bookings. There is a 10-minute grace period. Anything later may result in cancellation and a late fee.
No extra guests are allowed. Please come alone to your appointment.
Clients must not have any dental issues, infections, or open wounds. Tooth gems are cosmetic and temporary. I’m not responsible for early loss or damage once the service is complete.
